I was commissioned to photograph the launch of the Arcteryx / Climbing District collaboration “Les prises de la Bastille” featuring a redesigned space and a party.
Climbing District hosts an annual international climbing competition called Team Boulder Arena. For the 2024 edition I had the privilege of photographing the event. It featured some of the world’s best athletes like Brooke Raboutou, Sohta Amagasa, Mejdi Schalk, Stasa Gejo, Manu Cornu, Michael Mawem, Sam Avezou and many more.
I started the Varap Club in September 2024, as a way to gather the community around a weekly climbing session.
We have a strong visual identity, with a unique poster for every session, t-shirts, stickers, and photo recaps of the events.
In 6 months of existence we have created large events (40+ participants), securing partnerships with brands (Arc’teryx) and Climbing Gyms (Climbing District).
